The Salisbury Deli & Bakery, on the corner of Roodebloem and Salisbury Road was a staple in Woodstock for years. On my walks with my dog around the neighbourhood I would often pop in for a warm cinnamon bun and was always greeted with genuine smiles and warmth. The colour brings to mind the hospitality of those in Woodstock, and the determination of all the small business owners in the area. Since producing and releasing this palette, the Salisbury Deli has moved to a new location on Roeland Street in town, but the heart of Woodstock goes with them.
