Shipping & Returns
Each piece in our shop is handmade with care, which means a little extra love — and time — goes into every order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before dispatch. We use reliable local couriers for shipping within South Africa, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your parcel is on the move.

Because our products are made by hand — often in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces — slight variations are part of the charm and character of what we create. We do our best to represent items accurately, but if you’re unsure about anything before ordering, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email watercolours@taliabingham.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.

Please note: Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, or any item marked as one-of-a-kind are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival..
